How it works

Six steps from the first conversation to working protection.

The typical timeline is 2–4 weeks. Your own time in it: a few hours in total – I carry the rest.

Of all this, Győző, Vera and Kende noticed just one thing: there was a short briefing – and from then on they were covered.

Needs assessment – 20 minutes

By phone or video we talk through: the goal (retention, key people, a benefits package), the size of the team, the budget. Free of charge, with no obligation and no preparation needed.

Data – without names

Headcount, age distribution, job types – typically without names or health data, on a numbered list. I provide a ready-to-fill data list; about 30 minutes of work.

Offers in one table

I collect competing offers from several insurers and hand them over in a single clear table: covers, sums, exclusions, waiting periods, premiums – ready for a decision.

Limits and tiers

You finalise the structure: one uniform package or executive and staff tiers, with annual budgets – I show you the options. The decision is yours – I show you the consequences.

Contract and enrolment

I handle the paperwork. Insured persons' declarations go directly to the insurer – the employer learns no health data.

Communication and renewal

I provide ready-made templates for employee communication, and managing joiners and leavers is a tidy monthly routine. A review if it is warranted or you ask, with re-tendering if needed.

The details of the six steps in Insights: needs assessment, headcount and age profile, comparing offers, budget planning, contracting, renewal.

And what comes after signing – continuous support

What do I ask of you in total? One 20-minute conversation, one completed data list and one decision. The rest – quote requests, the table, the contract, communication materials – is my job. The advice is free of charge; the intermediary remuneration is paid by the insurer.

Let's spend 20 minutes on what this could give your team.

Free of charge, no obligation – by the end you will see your options and the next step clearly.
